Overview
Built for ISP Operations
ISP Platform ERP was born from a real operational need: Internet Service Providers in México were managing their businesses with spreadsheets, disconnected tools, and manual processes — resulting in billing errors, missed payments, and hours of manual router configuration.
I designed and built this platform from the ground up to solve every operational challenge an ISP faces — from onboarding a new customer to automatically suspending their service when a payment is overdue, and restoring it the moment payment is confirmed.
The system integrates directly with MikroTik RouterOS via API, enabling real-time PPPoE session management, bandwidth control, and automated service provisioning without any manual router access.
